- Set the overall strategy for what marketing is supposed to be at Uniify, and define the budgets required to get there.
- Help building a world class marketing team, including recruitment.
- Ensure close collaboration with sales, customer success and product to fully grasp the potential of the product and how to communicate that value.
- Optimize and run programmes across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels.
- Lead the front on setting up and building a strong inbound machine that delivers on leads, opportunities and in the end: Revenue.
- Work within our HubSpot environment to ensure everything is being tracked, reported on and that we’re utilizing it to its full potential.
- Oversee the process for creating product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with our buying audience.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, product, and sales.

- You already have a deep understanding of marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- You have worked with Sales teams and know how to support them with marketing materials for sales enablement initiatives, and work together with them across multiple initiatives.
- You leave no stone unturned when it comes to conducting market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assess market opportunities.
- You have tried multiple different channels in your marketing career (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO).
- You are curious, tech savvy and not afraid of getting hands-on in the details.
- You’re dreaming of building a world class B2B fintech marketing team.
- Testing and measuring results are as natural to you as it is to ride a bike in Copenhagen.
- 2+ years experience as a marketer in either a financial institution, Fintech or a SaaS.
